Return & Refund Policy

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund.
Shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Upon verification, we will:

Arrange a replacement at no additional cost, or

Issue a full refund, as per your preference (where applicable).
6. Non-Returnable Items

7. Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping charges:

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product — we will bear the return shipping cost.

For all other returns (such as change of mind), return shipping costs may be borne by the customer.
If a return pickup is arranged by us, applicable shipping fees may be deducted from the refund (if stated).
8. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
